Welcome to Clone Your Crush ("the App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 17 years of age to use the App. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.
Accounts are created via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
Clone Your Crush provides AI-powered companion experiences. The App uses large language models to generate conversational responses. AI companions are fictional characters and do not represent real people. Responses are generated algorithmically and should not be treated as professional advice of any kind.

Certain features require a paid subscription (monthly, yearly, or companion pass). Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective refund policies.
All content, design, code, and AI models within the App are the property of Clone Your Crush and its licensors. You retain ownership of content you create (messages, uploaded photos), but grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the service.
AI companion responses are generated by machine learning models and may occasionally produce inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected content. We continuously improve our safety filters but cannot guarantee that all outputs will be appropriate. AI companions do not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the App, other users, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clone Your Crush and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the App or its content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the App or email. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
